Ferrières Audit – Consulting – Coaching is the fruit of the encounter between Khalil Khater, President of Accelis Group, initiator of the highly ambitious academic project “Ferrières The School of French Excellence” launched in 2015, and two professionals, from the international hospitality industry, passionate about talent and organizations’ development, Krumma Jonsdottir and Pierre Frangieh.

Khalil Khater arrived in France at the age of 15 years (as a result of the war in Lebanon). He completed his studies in Toulouse: Scientific High School Diploma, Master in Econometrics at the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse and finally PhD in Economics. Meanwhile, he graduated from Sciences Po Financial Economics option. His first steps within major companies have enabled him to acquire an effective methodology, as well as an understanding from the inside how these fine-tuned machines worked. However, upon accession to General Management positions within the Holiday Inn group, he realised that time would come when he would create his own business with a vision that would be his.
In 1995 has started his entrepreneurial career by creating a first hospitality cleaning firm. Today it is over 1 700 people who accompany him in the great adventure which is the development of the Accelis GROUP! Under the impulse and professionalism of the teams involved, the group has always maintained the cap of controlled growth. The coherence of its activities, all founded on the culture of quality and upscale services, place Accelis Group as a major actor in todays’ hospitality industry. Ambitious projects are being developed, such as the “Paxton” hotel brand or “Le Chateau de Ferrières” with the commitment of conveying the values and promote the assets that make France the most welcoming countries in the world. Ferrières Coaching is our most recent creation. Just as the Accelis Group, it is aimed for people, passionate about the French etiquette and know-how, going from enthusiast students, amateurs, to tourists and epicureans passing by small and large firms.

Krumma brings to Ferrières over 20 years of experience in upscale hotel operations, sales, revenue management and professional training. After her first steps at Disneyland Paris, she built her career working for independent hotels as well as companies like Starwood and IHG where her most recent position was Hotel Operations Training Manager for the 650+ hotels in Europe, all brands.
Krumma is a qualified facilitator and coach. Her current focus is on the application of affective, cognitive and behavioral sciences to upgrade one’s personal skills and or accelerate one’s career.
Her belief that to succeed, the mind is as important as the technical capabilities is omnipresent in programs developed by Krumma.
Decades of intense sports practice have shaped her core values: rigor, integrity, perseverance, resilience and recognition!

Pierre Frangieh is a graduate of the Hotel Management School “Jean Drouant” in Paris. After a Diploma in Hotel Management in the Middle-East, he held multiple positions in hotels, within prestigious companies such as ACCOR, IHG, STARWOOD and THE SET Group, in France, Holland, United Kingdom and Middle-East.
Before joining Ferrières full time, it was through his own Consulting Agency in Management, Sales and Strategic Planning for Luxury Hotels, that Pierre participated in the launching of FERRIERES project.
Throughout his career, he worked closely with renowned professionals and succeeded in building an extensive network of experts, clients and partners in different countries.
Passionate about his profession, he is a firm believer in the importance of details, and in triggering emotions within clients.
